We don't ask for reviews. We don't offer discounts or incentives if you leave a review. We don't send follow up emails asking for reviews either.
So why do we have 5 stars? And why did these people take the time out of their busy days to review us well after they left our store? I don't know the answer. What I do know, is that every time someone walks through our front door, we're working to make sure that if they are one of those people who leaves reviews, that they can only leave a 5 star review. How do we do that? Well, it's not the hazelnut coffee. So basically we deliver friendly, compassionate, brutally honest service and premium quality parts and repairs. That's it. That's our review generating strategy. But, isn't that the way it's supposed to be? I didn't even know that these existed. It's like finding the missing link. This is a Jaguar XJ6 C. It's a 2 door sedan. There aren't very many around but my neighbor Jeff had one wander into his shop the other day and of course I found it parked in the alley after it was finished.
